From Aitchess to HS—A Little Throwback
Let’s rewind for a second. My business started as Aitchess Photography, a name that had my heart because it came from my own nickname. (Shoutout to my husband, Brian, for unknowingly branding me!) But as time went on, I realized something—I wasn’t just about photography. I had this other creative love: crochet. And not just a little bit. I was making adorable plushies, blankets, and other cozy creations, and people loved them!
Before I got to this point, I started Aitchess Creations to share my crochet with the world, and let me tell you—it took off! I’ve had the joy of creating countless treasures for little ones, from soft and snuggly plushies to a crazy two-month stretch where I made nothing but giant Among Us characters for kids. It was an absolute blast! But running separate social media accounts and lacking a website for Aitchess Creations made things overwhelming. I knew I needed a way to streamline everything, and that’s when it hit me—I didn’t have to keep them separate. I could bring together everything I love under one brand, making it easier for you to book sessions, order plushies, and even grab digital products all in one place!
Why I Love Photography & Crochet (And Why You Will Too!)
So, what’s a girl to do when she’s torn between two creative loves? Combine them, of course! Thus, HS Photo & Crochet was born! Same passionate storyteller, same artistic eye—just with an extra dose of handmade magic.
